We'll discuss your training history, any past/current injuries, short-term and long-term goals, non-aesthetic goals, and your workout and nutrition strategy. 2. Schedule a virtual movement analysis. You'll record a set list of movements and send them in so your current strength and mobility can be assessed. Our analyses usually highlight areas of improvement which is exactly what we want in order to create a program that meets you where you're at and focuses on strengthening weaknesses Expect workouts to stay the same for 4-6 weeks with minimal change.
