Hello all! My name is Julie Mckie and I am a Sweat It Off Trainer! I am very excited to start this journey with all of you but before that, I'd like to share a little bit about myself. Fitness has become a lifestyle for me since I was motivated through strength training while playing basketball at the collegiate level. From then, overcoming adversity and seeing my own progress through fitness I was determined to want the same for those who were facing similar battles for conquering their goals. Now as a fitness trainer, I am excited to help you all take this to the next level. Not only for temporary benefits but to give you all the opportunity to strive for a better lifestyle in all aspects of your daily activities
