About Angela

Thank you for choosing to work with me and trusting in me as your coach! I am very passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle and love teaching others to do the same. My goal is to guide others in their health journey and leave them with the tools, knowledge and confidence that can be applied and used for the rest of their lives. While reaching your goals, I want to help you find excitement in your journey and find ways to manage the challenges life throws at you. I am hoping you will learn new things as well as gain a new confidence with yourself. Through my programs you will become stronger physically, develop a strong, healthy relationship with food and be an overall stronger individual!

I offer workout plans, nutrition guidance and additional tools to help you reach your goals. I offer an At-Home program, gym-based program(Stronger With Angela) or individualized plans as requested. Reach out and we can find what fits your needs!

Putting time, money, and effort towards a health goal is a very rewarding process. It takes discipline, learning, and a lot of motivation. This is not a simple fix or a 30-day detox, this is a program that with some hard work and dedication, will create lasting, sustainable results.
