Enjoy the benefits of our Sole + Soul Programming with custom strength workouts catered to your specific and personal goals! You will receive a custom workout from Kathryn each day, weekly coaching calls with Kathryn, and nutrition advice throughout to accomplish your goals! Let's get serious about this together!
Life is hard, and sometimes we just need someone to talk to! Kathryn is passionate about discipleship, entrepreneurship, and coaching women to conquer their fears and accomplish their goals. Each month, you will receive a one on one phone call with Kathryn to dive deeper into your life and steps to take to make your dreams come true!
In our monthly workout program, you will receive 5 workouts per week (Monday through Friday), consisting of bodyweight and free weight circuit training that you can do from your living room! Each workout will consist strength and conditioning movements, lasting 30 minutes. Plus, enjoy a daily devotional of truth and encouragement to feed your SOUL! In addition, you will receive a Nutrition PDF with tips and tricks to fueling your body the right way. And last but not least, you will have the constant support and accountability of your Sole Sisters to push you to accomplish your goals and feel your best. Ready, set, sweat!

What started as a seemingly harmless desire to get healthy and watch my calorie intake soon turned into an addiction to weight loss, body image, and years of an eating disorder. This battle ultimately took down a long path of self-destruction... but also spiritual awakening. After a long and drawn out process of admission, recovery, and transparency, I began to hear from other women that I was certainly not alone in my shameful feelings and negative actions towards my body.
This sparked a passion and purpose to help other women who might be going through those same shameful experiences. Ironically, my vehicle for change was the same one which had originally started me down that path: fitness. Only this time, I was determined to redefine what it meant to truly live a healthy and full life. Which is why Sole Fitness was born.
Sole Fitness is a community of women striving to live a full life through health, fitness, and shameless living. By nourishing our souls and seeking the source of our identity, our goal is to strengthen our hearts, minds, and bodies together. Through group fitness classes, at-home training plans, local events, and community engagement, our hope is that we would own our worth and walk empowered towards truth... together.
