Through my coaching app, you will have access to your fully customized workout program. Workouts will include whatever equipment you prefer, or you can choose a gym option. You also have access to message me every Friday for feedback and to ask questions. I'm here to help you succeed on your journey! Once we discuss what your goals are, you have the option of upgrading to nutrition coaching at any point in time during the 8-weeks of working together. Please allow up to 3 business days to create your custom plan after completing the on-boarding questionnaire and setting up your profile in the app.
This is a month-to-month subscription. You will have 4-weeks of full-body workouts that refresh every month. You will need the following equipment for the workouts: -dumbbells or kettlebells -mini resistance band -a bench The workouts are also scheduled for you on your calendar, but can be switched to whichever day works best for you. You also have access to several on-demand programs that I frequently update: HIIT, mobility, and coming soon: pilates. You can track your progress through the app, beat personal records, participate in challenges, and have access to the group chat for extra accountability.
