Challenge 1 is your first 21 day challenge to kickstart your journey through our challenges. Each day you’ll have a workout challenge or a cardio activity challenge to complete. These workouts are designed to build strength, fitness and muscular endurance. Your workouts for this challenge are all bodyweight so no equipment is required. You’ll also have our nutrition guidelines and sample meal plan to help give you ideas for healthy eating. Always consult your doctor before beginning a fitness program.
Choose 8, 12 or 24 session package. Sessions to be carried out at our private training facility in Ratoath.
