You will receive 4 one-on-one coaching sessions scheduled weekly. You will receive worksheets to enhance your learning and understanding.
Includes 4 training sessions within the month. These can be done in person or virtually. Supplemental workouts will be delivered online the app based on goals and available equipment. $75/session x 4 = $300 + $39tx = $339 total
12 training sessions with supplementary workouts delivered through app. $85 x 12 = 1020 x 13% tx = $1152.60 total - billed monthly
You will first complete an online movement screening to evaluate your movement patterns. Then your program will include 3-4 workouts per week sent through the training app Trainerize based on sport demands, injury history, personal goals, timing of season and equipment available. Monthly check ins to ensure progress and to make adjustments. Constant access to support and coaching through app and video feedback. $99 + $12.87tax = $111.87

What is the main reason you don’t workout, exercise or consistently partake in some sort of fitness related activity? Maybe you do, but just don’t really see any benefits from it. Maybe the physical and/or mental) pain from it, outweighs the reward! Who knows?

Social media, tv, celebrities, ”globo gym” and what not, promises visible abs, killer biceps and a perfectly shaped butt. And all you have to do is detox, count points or waist your money on herba life
In reality it's easy! First thing you have to do- realize its going to be hard and take a lot of work. Luckily you body is always on ”surviving auto pilot” (which is a type of definition of fitness). So, you know the phrase; ”thinking about starting working out? You are half way there”! You are actually half way there.

Lifestyle programing and performance training is what I love to do. These two ”clients” are at the opposite side of the spectrum, but a lot more similar than you might think.
