Welcome to the 6-Week H.M.L. Muscle Builder Program In this program we are looking to pack on muscle by utilizing workouts designed to build strength and maximize muscle growth. Workouts we are going to alternate between Heavy, Moderate, and Light (HML) workout days for both the upper and lower body. Don't get it twisted, even the light workouts are challenging.
