My love for physical activity came at an early age, and this passion for fitness led me to get my ACE CPT, and then go on to specialize in Sports Performance, Injury Prevention, Weight Loss, and Strength Training.
I’ve worked with a variety of clients throughout the state of Michigan in person, as well as training clients online across the country to help them achieve their individual health/fitness goals. I’d love to do the same for you!
