    This program offers a monthly membership for yoga and functional movement classes offered in person or online at The Posture Lab clinic downtown Santa Rosa. Dr. Sheraze is a certified yoga instructor and also a functional movement specialist focusing on mobility and stability of the spine through Anatomy Fascial trains.

About The Posture

Dr. Sadiq Sheraze is a board certified chiropractor in the states of California and Texas. He uses diversified systems for chiropractic care and supports his manual therapy with specialized rehab protocols in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization and Functional Movement Systems. He also uses training from Functional Lifestyle Medicine to re-pattern behavior and habits to align to Supreme Health.

Dr. Sheraze's has nearly a decade of experience and is able to feel even the most subtle of tensions in the body and prescribe practices to alleviate them. He uses a specialized technique of chiropractic and DNS and yoga to improve ranges of motion and eliminate pain. He has been working with individuals to improve their movement habits. He believes that movement IS MEDICINE and that MOTION is LOTION!

Dr. Sheraze currently operates The Posture Lab in Santa Rosa, California. Powered by his belief in knowledge of the body, optimal posture and mechanics, and consistency of practice, his programs create a foundation of holistic understanding, accountability, and consistency for individuals trapped in dysfunctional patterns, so that they can be empowered to make conscious choices for health and movement.

Dr. Sheraze completed his chiropractic degrees in Portland, Oregon in 2018 along with advanced training in Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Movement Systems, and Yoga. He loves to combine Rehab and Performance with Chiropractic Therapy to help individuals optimize movement.

However, his fundamental mission is to awaken every person to the reality of their optimal design.

He focuses on behavior change, habit training and optimal health values. In this way clients are able to detach from past and false narratives so they can live a more blissful, peaceful life.

Dr. Sheraze aspires to give workshops globally on cultivating the essence of who we are through conscious thought and emotional intelligence. He is currently writing his first informational book on the physiological alignment of the body.
