We will specifically work on Rehab protocols and exercise and resistance training practices to help optimize your core stability and spinal mobility function. This program offers a monthly membership for yoga and functional movement classes offered in person or online at The Posture Lab clinic downtown Santa Rosa. Dr. Sheraze is a certified yoga instructor and also a functional movement specialist focusing on mobility and stability of the spine through Anatomy Fascial trains.
