I’m a Certified Personal Trainer from Cincinnati, Ohio, and a former college basketball player, recently graduating after competing at the collegiate level in New Hampshire. My background in high-level athletics has shaped not only how I train, but how I coach—bringing a performance-driven, disciplined, and results-focused approach to every client I work with.
My passion for training, performance, and rehabilitation comes from firsthand experience. I’ve dealt with injuries, setbacks, and the mental and physical grind of working back to peak performance. That journey taught me how important it is to train with intention, move correctly, and stay consistent—and it’s exactly what I now help my clients do.
I specialize in athletic performance training, strength and conditioning, and movement-focused programming. Whether you’re an athlete looking to improve speed, explosiveness, and agility, or someone wanting to build strength, confidence, and better habits in the gym, I create structured, personalized programs designed to get real results. I also incorporate injury prevention and mobility work to make sure you’re not just getting stronger—but staying healthy long term.
When I’m not coaching or training, you’ll find me in the gym, playing basketball, spending time with friends, or checking out local farmers markets. (And I’m a BIG Ohio State fan—always.)
