For years I suffered from back pain and got to a point that I would crawl out of my car on my hands before I could stand. I tried every type of rehab out there and they did help temporarily. I wanted more of a permanent solution as I refused to believe this was my life. That led me to create my Stretch n' Release Technique which stopped my back pain and I have not suffered from it for 20 years.
