I’m Amanda, a mother, trainer, and nationally board-certified health and wellness coach with over 20 years of experience and more than 40 certifications in fitness and nutrition. My passion is helping women feel powerful in their bodies by reconnecting the core, pelvic floor, and breath with strength and confidence.
I break the rules, not the science—combining Pilates, weights, bodyweight training, and overload breathwork to build strength from the inside out. I specialize in supporting women through every season of change: pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and beyond. Whether you’re rebuilding after birth, recovering from surgery, or ready to push into harder, stronger things, I’ll guide you with progressions that are safe, effective, and empowering.
My approach to nutrition blends the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda with modern science. We look at how food supports your unique body, your energy, and even your season of life—while keeping it practical with strategies like Lazy Mother Macros. This means fueling in ways that are both deeply nourishing and doable, not just for you, but for your whole family.
I’ve helped thousands of women reconnect with forgotten muscles, teach the brain-body connection, and coordinate strength through the nervous system. My coaching brings it all together—movement, breath, recovery, and nutrition—so you feel strong, confident, and unstoppable inside and out.
