About Brandon

Ever since I was young, I have loved working out and being physical; my dad told me he could see me as a chef or personal trainer. If you read this, it's obvious what I chose. Although a trainer, I still like to help people in the kitchen with nutrition guidance. I offer 1-5x week in-person training/online training programs that cover various fitness movements to help you achieve your strength and aesthetic goals.
