Hi, I’m Marisol—mom of three, grandmother of one, personal trainer, and founder of Marisol Fit Inspire.

For years, I was a stay-at-home mom who always put everyone else first. I was overweight, exhausted, and didn’t feel like myself anymore. On top of caring for my kids, I was also a full-time caregiver for my kid's father after his spinal cord injury. My health—and my confidence—took a backseat.

Everything changed in my mid-40s when I hit perimenopause and decided to take back control. I committed to moving my body, nourishing it properly, and rebuilding my strength—physically and mentally. The transformation didn’t just change how I looked. It changed my life.

That experience lit a fire in me to help other women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or if they feel like they’ve lost themselves.

Now, I coach women—especially those in midlife—who want to lose weight, build strength, gain energy, and feel empowered again. I provide simple, realistic fitness, hormone-supportive nutrition, and daily accountability because I know firsthand that with the right support, you can rise.
