  • 12 Week Weightlifting/Bodybuilding Program

    Going to the gym with a PLAN is important, so I have created that plan for you! 12 Weeks of weightlifting & resistance training workouts (5 day split, 45 mins - 1 hour in length). -Gym membership required for this program and basic knowledge weightlifting movements. -Workouts are accessible through your smartphone or computer. The app is extremely easy to use with simple instructional HOW-TO videos for every exercise. -You will be able to access me through the app for any questions or clarification! -You will be able to record your weights, reps, times etc in order to keep track of your progress!

  • Bodyweight Only Program

    This is an 8 week program with workouts that require NO equipment. Each week will consists of 4 workouts.

About Chelsea

Hi! I am Chelsea. I am so glad you found your way to me! I played softball at the University of South Carolina from 2010-2014, where I was an All-Region player. After college, I went straight into coaching at the Division 1 level and I did that for 8 years. My true passion is serving other people to become the best versions of themselves. Softball was my platform for many years and now it is Fitness & Nutrition. I understand how overwhelming nutrition and intentional training can seem, which is why I try to teach simple and sustainable methods. Even though a healthy lifestyle isn't always easy, it can be SIMPLE. It is important that I connect with my clients on an individual basis and find what works best for them and their lifestyle... there is no one size fits all approach!
