Going to the gym with a PLAN is important, so I have created that plan for you! 12 Weeks of weightlifting & resistance training workouts (5 day split, 45 mins - 1 hour in length). -Gym membership required for this program and basic knowledge weightlifting movements. -Workouts are accessible through your smartphone or computer. The app is extremely easy to use with simple instructional HOW-TO videos for every exercise. -You will be able to access me through the app for any questions or clarification! -You will be able to record your weights, reps, times etc in order to keep track of your progress!
This is an 8 week program with workouts that require NO equipment. Each week will consists of 4 workouts.
