( progress tracking and changes are only available on the coaching options which I highly recommend for the best results and accountability).   • Weekly Virtual Training

    New client special- This will be a taste into what it's like to be an in person client of mine! Over the course of 4 weeks you will have 4 virtual training sessions with Coach Liv (over a 20% discount versus in person sessions!) Scheduling will be made accordingly between clients & myself. 1 session/week. These will be 45min 1 on 1 training sessions, personalized towards your goals & current training schedule. This is a great option if you are already signed up with Liv Lifts for the Customized Training Programming option, Sculpt & Sustain Coaching or if you would like to be held accountable on a weekly basis to get into a new routine, habits, consistency, etc. The training session will be personalized to your current training regimen, so if for instance, you struggle with certain exercise form on your glute days, upper body days, etc. then we could focus solely on those cues for your virtual sessions. Fully guided technique, rep range, intensity, exercise order, etc. This can also be applicable to any training circumstance whether you are in a fully equipped gym, or at home with just dumbbells or bands!

    Every 4 weeks you will get 4 session credits for Virtual Training Session (expire after 4 weeks)
