Our BeginHER sessions are for women who are either new to weight lifting or need specific coaching before entering group sessions. You will receive 4 x 1-1 private coaching sessions across the month so we can make sure you're confident going into groups, risk free & injury free. This way we can make sure you get the attention you need from your training. Whats included: Week1: PT Session Week2: PT + Upper body group session Week3: PT + Full Body group session + Strength Flow Week4: PT + Full timetable access (train as much as you like) (1-1 sessions will be booked privately with your coach) Once you've completed your month, you can follow on with a membership of your choice at LiftHER
On purchase, you will get session credits for: • 6 x The Lifting Club (expire after 4 weeks) • 4 x Strength Flow (expire after 4 weeks)
This is where strong starts! The 4-Week StrongHER Foundation is designed specifically for women who want to build real strength in a supportive, small-group environment. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to lift with confidence, improve your technique, and train with purpose — all under the guidance of experienced coaches who know how to programme for women’s bodies and long-term progress. Inside the program, you’ll: * Train in small groups for personalised coaching * Focus on structured, strength-based sessions * Build confidence with barbells and foundational lifts * Increase muscle tone, energy, and resilience * Create sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle This isn’t about quick fixes or endless cardio. It’s about getting stronger, feeling capable, and laying the foundation for long-term results. Four weeks. Real strength. Real support. Real change.
