    Our BeginHER sessions are for women who are either new to weight lifting or need specific coaching before entering group sessions. You will receive 4 x 1-1 private coaching sessions across the month so we can make sure you're confident going into groups, risk free & injury free. This way we can make sure you get the attention you need from your training. Whats included: Week1: PT Session Week2: PT + Upper body group session Week3: PT + Full Body group session + Team Training Week4: PT + Upper & Lower Group Session + Team Training (1-1 sessions will be booked privately with your coach) Once you've completed your month, you can follow on with a membership of your choice at LiftHER
