Hello! My name is Lauren Sadler. I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and the owner and founder of Lauren's Fit Crew LLC; the only crew that curls, crunches, and conquers together! I’m here to help make health and fitness easy, and to help keep you accountable to your goals. At LFC LLC, our mission is to empower and educate women on impactful habit changes in order to elevate their quality of life.
Over the past 5 years, I have helped over 150 clients lose weight and transform their bodies! With 10 years of personal experience with lifting and flexibility myself, I have successfully trained for goals of both gaining muscle and losing bodyfat at different points in my own fitness journey.
I currently have 5 trusted certifications within the fitness industry, and am also in the process of acquiring two more. This knowledge and experience is why I know that wherever you are right now, with whatever fitness aspirations you have, they can be achieved through simple manipulation of your exercise plan, nutrition, and recovery habits to create permanent results!
Training plans with me are not short-term endeavors that leave you going back to old coping mechanisms and default systems of behavior as soon as you're finished the program. Training with me is a sustainable path to achieve a complete improvement of your exercise and nutrition habits through the use of accountability and behavior change techniques.
We are able to coordinate your path of planned change together, using reasonable goals and small, simple actions. You'll be the focal point determining the areas of your life that you'd like to see change in, and I'll be the GPS in your car that guides you from point A to point B. I am so grateful to be able to share this guidance with you thanks to my background as a weight management specialist and double certified nutrition coach. If you stick to your program with a positive mindset, and a "1% better everyday" attitude, training with me will help you achieve results you may not have ever considered possible!
If you've made it this far, you're already halfway to reaching your goals! All that's left to do is choose how many days you'd like to commit to exercise from the programs listed below. Keep in mind that choosing to work out more days per week will yield faster, more noticeable results than choosing less days per week. However, if you've never followed an exercise program successfully for more than six months, sometimes starting smaller in frequency can help prevent early exercise burnout.
