    At a flat rate of $215 per month, this virtual fitness plan includes: - Up to five days per week of virtual training content, customized to your fitness goals - One 30-minute virtual consultation, scheduled upon sign-up. -Recommended for people who have successfully followed a fitness plan for 6 months or longer in the past, who are looking to either level up their fitness with guidance from a trainer, OR don't want to have to create their own fitness programs anymore. This plan also offers the lowest rate per workout of all of my virtual plans, ranging from $10 per workout if you are on a 5 day per week plan.* *$10 per workout is the rate for this offer on a five day virtual exercise plan, this does not apply to plans with lesser days. You have freedom to upgrade and downgrade from 3 to 5 days of workouts per week. To upgrade or downgrade, you must contact me through my email @[email protected] or schedule a goal review consultation if your goals have changed in order for me to make the proper adjustments to your account. This plan is suitable for the beginner exerciser and is meant to be used in a gym setting with various equipment available.     For women who have been lifting for 1+ year(s) consistently, are self-motivated, and are familiar with a wide range of equipment from dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, foam rollers, jump ropes, battle ropes, smith machines, etc.. as well as the common staple exercises to perform with the equipment and possess a gym membership. With this, you get a free 30-minute consultation with me to discuss your health status and fitness goals. Within one week (7 days) of the consult, I will send you a 12-week PDF listing the exercises, sets and repetitions, as well as suggested rest times for each exercise. Each plan is carefully measured during its creation to ensure that the overall volume is optimal to accelerate your progress towards your goals. You will be fully responsible for increasing the weights you use every 2-3 sessions and managing your nutrition in order to continue to see progress with this plan.

    Unsure if you're ready to commit to the process? Here's an opportunity to work with me for two weeks to start the process of achieving your fitness goals! It all starts with a 30 minute consultation. Throughout this, we will cover your current state of health and nutrition, as well as exercise experience and expectations. You'll be set up with a meal plan with suggestions that populates your grocery lists for you to print and take the store, and all of your workouts will be set up in your calendar for you based on the equipment you have available! You'll also have access to message me with questions, concerns, or to share your workout wins! If you'd like to continue after the two weeks end, you can choose to purchase a custom or pre-made plan with me!

  • 15-Minute exercise/form technique consultation

    This exercise/form technique consultation is a 15 minute check-in for virtual clients who need additional guidance on form corrections or techniques for specific exercises. If you have purchased a custom plan previously, you are supplied with 3 of these sessions on your account to start with. During these sessions, you can tell me and show me which exercises you're struggling with so that I can cue you in real time just as I would for an in-person session. If you have run out of your first three, you can purchase more of them here if you need additional guidance!

  • Goal Review Consultation

    A Goal Review Consultation is a consultation for the specific circumstance in which your fitness or nutrition goals or needs have changed or shifted during the course of our training, while you are still enrolled in one of my custom plans. This could mean that you have decided to take on a different fitness goal entirely, such as shifting from a goal of weight loss to a goal of wanting to add muscle. It could also mean that you would like to increase or decrease the amount of days per week in your training plan, or the amount of time (30 minutes vs. 60 minutes vs. 1.5 hours) dedicated towards each workout. Other major changes would include sudden development/diagnosis of multiple food allergies or sensitivities, a large change in your diet such as becoming vegan, vegetarian, pescetarian, etc.. or the sudden development of any new injuries/surgeries that drastically limit your mobility or cause pain to the point where you cannot perform multiple exercises that you could perform previously. Any of these changes would constitute another consultation with me in order to work out the specifics, so that I can program the workouts for your new goals into your app and/or shift your meal plan as needed to accommodate goals, diets, and sensitivities. If you're looking to increase/decrease workout frequency, we can also work out the specifics of any potential price changes to your subscription plan, if they apply to you.
