Chain Reaction is a structured kettlebell training plan that blends focused strength work, skill development, and sustainable conditioning. Designed for 2–5 days per week, it features: Rolling Focus Strength Workouts: Six sessions where one key grind (like a press, squat, or hinge movement) takes centre stage with 5 sets of 3–5 reps. Supporting lifts are performed for higher reps (1 set of 10–15), followed by a kettlebell complex to reinforce the day’s theme. Kettlebell Chains: Iron cardio-style chains that build strength and work capacity while staying joint-friendly and system-sparing. Each chain session wraps up with a 5-minute core finisher. Swings, Snatches & Turkish Get-Ups: Dedicated days to groove technique and build power through straight sets of two-hand and one-arm swings, overspeed eccentric work, snatches (half, full, and double kettlebell), and classic Turkish Get-Ups. Chain Reaction is ideal for those who want purposeful, intelligent kettlebell training they can follow independently through the app—gaining strength, refining technique, and improving endurance without burnout.
