Hi! I'm coach Kate and I've been training since 2012. I am currently an exercise physiologist at the hospital for special surgery in NYC, but have previously worked at NYU Langone Sports Performance Center as well as Mount Sinai Hospital. My mission is to provide you with the tools you need to optimize you body and promote total body wellness, a pain free life, and the ability to do what ever you want to be doing, whether it's racing your first triathlon to managing chronic pain. I believe in assessing each client's current lifestyle, physical history, individual alignment, mindset, and long-term health & movement goals to create a program that is achievable and sustainable. Whether you are at the beginning of your fitness journey, or at the peak of your physical game, we'll create a program just for you.
I am also plugged into the longevity conversation!
My background is both clinical, which means I've been trained with a special eye and knowledge of health considerations such as recovery injury, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, obesity, ACL injury and return to sport, and sport performance, I was a professional dancer for many years as well as a current run coach!
I specialize in the biomechanics of running and endurance programming and I am also a mom.
