About Aimee

A wife to Andrew. A mom to Scottie Leigh (3) and Jack (2). As I write this I am holding a Barbie Doll in my lap on orders from my daughter, so her little brother cannot get it. My family is my most precious thing on this earth. I am a nurse of eleven years but currently staying at home with my two little people. My childhood was filled with activity from gymnastics as a young child to most of my time playing softball. But as I have gotten older, busier, and two kids later activity does not happen as naturally or easily. My understanding of a healthy lifestyle has grown to encompass physical, emotional, relational, spiritual health. Health has been a passion of mine for quite some time. Working in the medical field I have seen the havocs of a sedentary and poor nutrition lifestyle. At the same time, I have become convinced that prevention is one of the major keys to health and enjoying life to the fullest. That is why I have chosen to become a personal trainer. I want to have a healthy and fulfilling life for my family, for myself, and I want it for you as well!
