Welcome to the 30-Day Balance Challenge! Get ready to improve your stability, control, and coordination—one day at a time. Each week, you’ll focus on a new set of 3–4 balance exercises to complete daily. The exercises will change weekly to keep things fresh and progressively build your skills. As the month progresses, the movements will become more advanced. Then, in the final week, you’ll bring it all together in a custom Balance Workout designed just for you. 🎯 Your goal: Complete at least 80% of the workouts this month to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in your movement. Hi, I’m Denise!
I am a certified personal trainer (NSCA) with a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology. I focus on helping my clients to make their health and wellness a priority. Everyone has the tools and the time to be healthy without having to spend hours in the gym. To me, health is not about the number on the scale or the amount you can bench press. Health is about feeling confident in your body and your abilities.
