Hello!

My name is Ieuan Williams, I am 26 years old and live in London with my husband and beautiful cat Juno. In June of 2023, I joined a local F45 studio at the behest of a childhood friend. I had never lifted weights before, and had a really warped perspective on fitness as my idea of exercising was going on a walk and I was pretty underweight for my age and height. After being a member of a group fitness gym for a few weeks, I felt firsthand the benefits of exercise and my whole life changed.

I fell in love with fitness and the community that forms around it, and am now looking to share my knowledge and motivate those who are in a similar position to me when I started. There's so much misinformation around exercise, fitness, and nutrition that I am on a mission to simplify and make accessible for people from all different levels and backgrounds.

As a 1-1 online coach as well as a group fitness coach, I am looking to build relationships with motivated individuals ready to take that first step in becoming the version of themselves they want to embody the most. As someone who is also passionate about training for fitness races such as HYROX, I am also excited to share my experience and advice to those looking to compete in similar events.

By focusing on our MAGE principles (Mastery, Agility, Gains, Endurance) your training will revolve mostly around a mix of strength and aerobic endurance, with included peak/tapering phases to prepare you for the big challenge ahead. Beginner, open level, and PRO versions of this program are available to not only meet you where you are, but take you to where you need to be!
