This is an online only product that includes resistance training, cardio and nutrition coaching. The resistance program is designed for those who have some gym and exercise experience. It's a progressive 4-day split workout that includes resistance training using 5lb - 50lb dumbbells, adjustable bench and cardio machine (treadmill, rower, elliptical, etc.) Nutrition coaching includes 1x initial 30-minute phone/video consult, weekly macros tracking and 3-4 sample meals per day up to 7 days per week for the entire 6-week program.
This program provides general nutrition guidance and macros evaluation that breaks down estimated caloric intake to achieve fitness goals.
This is a 6-week progressive program that helps prevent one of the most common issues we face as working professionals. It includes 1x live session and a pre-recorded session that clients can do 1 - 2 additional times per week. You’ll need resistance bands/tubes, yoga block, 3lb - 10lb dumbbells, foam roller and determination!
