This is a one time consultation session with a certified trainer to go over your Nutrtion needs vs wants. In this session we will: *discuss your history with Nutrtion/macros *View your current fitness routine *establish smart habits * Go over your dislikes vs likes and eating habits *set up your body stats, weight, height and % *Go over in detail your 4 week “what’s next” plan An email will follow up this meeting to break down your macros vs calories, suggestions from coach, and how to apply this new information on your own or under the continued guidance of a coach.

We will take a deep dive into your current habits by utilizing a 3 day food diary to gather the most information and see what a typical day looks like. Your coach will help you navigate this process by providing a detailed form for you to fill out on one week day and two weekend days for the best results. You will receive access to your coach via the app chat, video call check ins, and daily/weekly updates & reminders. Ask any question and get undivided attention and expertise response. Moving forward we will do a complete Health History, new client forms, and Create a food bank of your favorite food vs least& gather any allergies. Our goal is to maximize your time while teaching you the skills to sustain your healthy lifestyle for LIFE. By hiring us as your Nutrition Coaches we ask that you read through any and all forms, provide real accurate information, ask questions, commit to at least 8 weeks, do the work, & give yourself grace.
In this package you get the versatility of being at home or a local gym / studio with the addition of custom programmed routines & exercises tailored to your needs and goals. Initially you’ll set with the trainer to go over history, injuries, goals, and current fitness levels. You and your trainer will go over your expectations and set up healthy habits, Nutritional Blue print ( Likes & Dislikes ), to help you meet your overall goal/s. Program will be updated the week prior to initial start date. With helpful video guides in your workout of the day. Nutrition pairing with app of choice, we suggest My fitness pal or utilize the Trainerize Meal tracking system. You’ll find easy to follow recipes, Macro breakdowns, Meal planner & an option to add items to your grocery list right from the app. In app tracking required to help assists your trainer from afar monitor your progress and add or remove phases as you progress. Weekly or bi weekly virtual meetings will help you and your trainer stay on task and update your goals as needed. Find accountability and a program that works for you and with you!!
Prior to starting a one on one session us coaches love to do a “get to know you” session where we chat about you and your goals vs needs in starting a personal Trianing routine. In this session we will go over: - Your goals - Your general feeling about working out / Likes vs Dislikes -Nutrition goals and current habits -Set up our Virtual Body Mechanics Assessment -Go over current fitness abilities - Discuss how your trainer can help you and what your availability for either in person or virtual training sessions. There may be more information needed at this time like current body stats and medical information that may assist your training in developing a smart program custom to your needs and goals. Bring any and all questions about Personal Training to this session. This is a time to see if this is a good Fit for you and your trainer.
