Hi! Welcome to Genesis Training, where you have the ability to chase your fitness goals and lead a newer and happier life! My name is Austin and I am the founder and head trainer at Genesis Training. Genesis Training consists of a team of nationally certified personal trainers who raise the bar and set the gold standard in fitness/personal training. Our team serves in-person training within the Hudson County (NJ) area as well as online programming and virtual training everywhere! We are one of the fastest growing fitness transformation specialists with hundreds of transformations utilizing our 3 Pillar approach. Most of our services include fitness programming, nutrition guidance, and live coaching.

I have my bachelors in Athletic Training, my strength and conditioning certification, and my nutrition coaching certifications. I've spent over half a decade learning about the human body, what the most effective ways are for weight loss, and how to optimize your life physically and mentally.
