Hi, my name is Austin Moy and I graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2019 with a B.S in Athletic Training. I have been a personal trainer for over a year and have experience training all populations from teens to geriatric, post natal moms to labor workers, and people who are seeking weight loss or muscle gain.
