This program is designed be used for the Holiday Maintain, Don't Gain Challenge. This is an 8-week program focusing on a progressive increase in difficulty to help get you into shape. Workouts will begin November 14th.
For our 4 week program we include; -Weekly video/phone coaching call where you can ask any questions pertaining to fitness, diet and health. -Personalized exercise programming based on your goals, needs, schedule and equipment availability. -Amount of exercise is based on your needs. Anywhere from 2-6 times a week. -Nutrition guidance. We help you determine how much you need to eat and what kind of foods will be best. *4 weeks from when the program is delivered. Usually takes a few days to get you set up.
On purchase, you will get 1 session credits for PT Session (do not expire)
