Join the 12 Workouts of Christmas crew with 4 workouts a week (Wednesday = rest day) focused on upper, lower, and full body with fun challenges thrown in. You can do these workouts at home with minimal equipment or the gym. This is a fun way to stay accountable and active during a *crazy* time of year.
At Flourish Co, we believe our general workout program is anything but general. Each week, you will get access to exclusive Flourish Co only workouts that can be done at home or at the gym. All you need is a pair of weights. (More equipment if helpful but not necessary if you're creative). This program is designed for a client who has a basic understanding of fitness and their abilities but needs a plan to follow. Each workout can be done at the gym or home, with demo videos of every exercise so you know exactly what to do. Have questions? Use the message function to get quick access to your trainer! Remember, these workouts are not tailored to your schedule or equipment availability. You can upgrade to a custom program at any time if you find that you need more accountability or customization in your programming. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. No refunds will be issued at any time. Billing occurs monthly.

We focus on the whole body with an Upper, Lower, Full Body split with optional cardio and challenge days. We work in 3 phases to give you time to build & recover. Phase 1- Foundational exercises to work on basic movement patterns to give us a baseline for growth. Phase 2 - We build on the foundation with supersets (two workouts back to back, no rest) and more challenging exercises. Phase 3 - Combining all our efforts and trying to increase strength while growing from our foundation and build phases.
Welcome! My name is Kaitlin, and I am the owner and head trainer at Flourish Co. LLC. Originally from Indiana, I attended Purdue University and moved to Florida a few years later for some sunshine. I have an extensive background working in the fitness industry and decided to take the leap and venture out on my own in 2020.
Besides personal training, I work as a Physical Therapist Assistant at an outpatient orthopedic clinic and work for REGYMEN Fitness as well. My unique background in group fitness and physical therapy allows me to continually grow and stay current on the latest trends and research in the fitness industry while delivering safe and effective programs.
I believe that consistency and a balanced approach work best with all my clients, regardless of their individual goals. I am not a "get fit quick" trainer, which leaves clients injured and burned out. I plan always to walk beside you in your journey, helping redirect you toward your goals as needed.
I love to play tennis, read sci-fi, and run around town with my dogs (Barb & Fran) and toddler. I currently live in northern Virginia, outside of Washington, DC.
