All you need is a pair of weights. (More equipment if helpful but not necessary if you're creative). This program is designed for a client who has a basic understanding of fitness and their abilities but needs a plan to follow. Each workout can be done at the gym or home, with demo videos of every exercise so you know exactly what to do. Have questions? Use the message function to get quick access to your trainer! Remember, these workouts are not tailored to your schedule or equipment availability. You can upgrade to a custom program at any time if you find that you need more accountability or customization in your programming. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We focus on the whole body with an Upper, Lower, Full Body split with optional cardio and challenge days. We work in 3 phases to give you time to build & recover. Phase 1- Foundational exercises to work on basic movement patterns to give us a baseline for growth. Phase 2 - We build on the foundation with supersets (two workouts back to back, no rest) and more challenging exercises. Phase 3 - Combining all our efforts and trying to increase strength while growing from our foundation and build phases.
