My name is Mychala Ward, but you can call me Bleu. I am located in Atlanta, GA. I train at a gym here called BeHealthConscious Gym. I've been training since 2019. I have a background in Dance. I trained in styles such as Ballet, Jazz, Tap, and Hip Hop to name a few. I have experience in flexibility training due to background in dance. I received my certification in May 2020. I have experience in weight loss and weight gain. My training style is Strength training and Functional training. I am a forever student in this fitness world and I'm alway learning and improving my style to be the best fitness coach that I can for you.
