Group Fitness will be a small group of no more than 4 clients per session which includes circuit training, HIIT and tabata workouts. This membership includes a customized meal plan, 1 free Fit3D Scan every 30 days, and access to a community of supporters that will help spark accountability. 8 Sessions = 2x per week.
