About Krista

My name is Krista Sommer and I am FitChic! I have been in the Fitness Business since 2000. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through CSEP ( Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology) I started out in 2001 as a trainer then quickly elevated to Gym Manager and then on to Co-owner. FitChic was born in January 2009 and focuses on private personal training in my own studio, as well as group fitness and bootcamp classes. Recently, I've become a Natural Nutrition Clinical Practitioner and Female Hormone Balancing and Menopause Specialist. I am now offering programs tailored specifically for women that are transitioning through the stages of menopause. This includes personalized fitness and nutrition programs.
