Semi-Private Group Training is for women who want intentional, results-driven training in a small, supportive group environment where accountability and community are built into every session. 🩷 You’ll train in a small group setting (max 3 women per session) with focused coaching, personalized form corrections, and a structured weekly split to help you build strength, sculpt your physique, and stay consistent. What’s Included: - 2 semi-private training sessions per week - Small group environment (capped at 3 per session) - Lower body, upper body, and full-body programming - Structured weekly programming - Nutrition guidance - Flexible scheduling within designated time blocks Weekly Training Split: - Glutes / Lower Body - Upper Body + Core - Optional Full Body (based on schedule availability) Schedule Options Sessions are offered during: - Early mornings (6–7 AM) - Evenings (5–6 PM) - Friday mornings (6–7 AM) Spots are limited per time slot to maintain quality coaching.

I'm Lexi, welcome to Evolve with Lexi. I help women build their dream hourglass physique and the confidence to match - without feeling restricted or burning out. My specialty? Glute growth, toned upper body sculpting, and feminine strength training that shapes curves in all the right places while creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle.
My fitness journey began in 2017, working front desk at a local gym and watching members transform - not just physically, but mentally. That inspired me to dive deep into learning the science behind training and nutrition. I went on to earn my Bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, a minor in Biology, and my NASM certification. Over the past 7+ years, I’ve worked with hundreds of women in-person and online, competed in bikini competitions, and mastered the programming and techniques that truly change physiques.
When you train with me, you’ll learn to lift with intention, master proper form, and push yourself in ways you didn’t know you could - all while keeping balance in your life. I believe true transformation starts from the inside out, so my coaching focuses on building your strength, self-belief, and mindset just as much as your body.
One of the most important parts of my coaching is the bond I build with my girls. I’ve always believed fitness should feel like a supportive, empowering community - and my in-person training is exactly that. Back in San Diego, I was known for my glute camps and group classes, and I bring that same energy, attention to detail, and motivating atmosphere to every session here in Tampa. We’ll create a structured program designed specifically for you, so you know exactly what to do inside and outside the gym to see results.
