Semi-Private Group Training is for women who want intentional, results-driven training in a small, supportive group environment where accountability and community are built into every session. 🩷 You’ll train in a small group setting (max 3 women per session) with focused coaching, personalized form corrections, and a structured weekly split to help you build strength, sculpt your physique, and stay consistent. What’s Included: - 2 semi-private training sessions per week - Small group environment (capped at 3 per session) - Lower body, upper body, and full-body programming - Structured weekly programming - Nutrition guidance - Flexible scheduling within designated time blocks Weekly Training Split: - Glutes / Lower Body - Upper Body + Core - Optional Full Body (based on schedule availability) Schedule Options Sessions are offered during: - Early mornings (6–7 AM) - Evenings (5–6 PM) - Friday mornings (6–7 AM) Spots are limited per time slot to maintain quality coaching.
