This plan is for you if the only thing you need is a plan to follow. You love high intensity strength and conditioning workouts that will be challenging but will give you a very good kick. You will have a strength building phase where you need to use 75-85% of 1RM to get the best out of the workout. You will finish each workout with a quick circuit WOD of the day to spike calorie burn. Workouts will vary between AMRAP (as m any rounds as possible), EMOM (every min on the min) LADDER (descending and/or ascending) This is a 6 week WORKOUT ONLY plan with the full use of the app but no contact with me. You will be able to track progress as well as log your workouts and your stats. When the plan finish you will have the chance to purchase a different plan or to upgrade for a different option. You you can also message me to consider online coaching with weekly checkins and accountability.

Online coaching platform is for anyone who want to work with me but you are not at my current location. its for you, if you need a bit of help and accountability, if you need someone to push you to be your best version. You can check your own progress, connect your smart watch to log your exercises and your food, upload your progress photos, calculate/follow your calories, follow your training plan, log your results/progress in your workouts. The app will help you log everything for your fitness journey with a help of a PT to keep you accountable, to check on you weekly/fortnightly or as often as you agree is needed.
