Online coaching platform is for anyone who want to work with me but you are not at my current location. its for you, if you need a bit of help and accountability, if you need someone to push you to be your best version. You can check your own progress, connect your smart watch to log your exercises and your food, upload your progress photos, calculate/follow your calories, follow your training plan, log your results/progress in your workouts. The app will help you log everything for your fitness journey with a help of a PT to keep you accountable, to check on you weekly/fortnightly or as often as you agree is needed.
A simple workout plan to help you build that nice Lower body for your holidays. Consists of 3 lower body days and 2 upper body days with some rest in-between. main priority is to make the waist smaller but increase the size of lower body not just by adding body fat but mostly to learn to engage and work the right muscles and areas. its a 12 week plan you have a chance to monitor your progress accordingly.
