  • Lifestyle Transformation Program

    This is a 6 week transformation program that will help you establish healthy habits to last a lifetime. It is great for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey or anyone who is struggling to find a balance. I will help give you the motivation to get started and keep a routine going. You are required to complete 3 strength training workouts per week along with 8,000-10,000 steps per day. You will earn points for every workout you do along with hitting your macros each day. Anyone who completes the program in its entirety will receive an official Elite Training & Fitness T-shirt! You have your choice between a gym program and home program. The home workouts will require various size dumbbells 5-20lbs, Stability Ball, and a step.

  • Monthly Strength Program (Home)

    This is my monthly group fitness challenge which is done with my small groups in studio as well as with you online. You will complete all workouts at your own gym or at home. Upon sign up, let me know which version you would like to choose. As a bonus, anyone who participates in these monthly challenges will get FREE access to any online classes I offer as well! This membership starts on the first of each month and does auto renew every month so please cancel prior to renewal date to avoid your next charge. Official 4 weeks starts Monday January 5.   • Strength Program 5/5

    Five-by-five training is a simple, efficient, time-tested program for gaining strength and muscle using compound lifts. And it's really as simple as the name says: 5 sets of 5 reps. There have been many different versions of 5x5 over the decades, each one focused on a different set of core lifts and a different schedule. This is just one approach. If another one works for you, you can actually swap out lifts. No matter how you do it, this classic program is designed to hit all your muscles hard three times per week, and allow enough time in between to optimize growth and recovery. It was designed to build strength, but you'll likely see an increase in muscle mass, as well. About Carrie

I have always been into health and fitness since high school. My sports background is from cheerleading and gymnastics. I specialize in interval training with my clients and teach a popular HIIT class here at our studio. This is the absolute best style of training for fat loss.
My husband Kevin and I started Elite Training & Fitness in 2008 within a small 800 square foot space and only myself as the trainer. We have now grown to 3400 square feet with 8 trainers and group fitness staff members. Fitness is our passion and we hope to continue to grow and establish and online presence

I enjoy running, obstacle races, weight lifting, yoga, and interval training.
