This is a 6 week transformation program that will help you establish healthy habits to last a lifetime. It is great for anyone just starting out on their fitness journey or anyone who is struggling to find a balance. I will help give you the motivation to get started and keep a routine going. You are required to complete 3 strength training workouts per week along with 8,000-10,000 steps per day. You will earn points for every workout you do along with hitting your macros each day. This is a 6 week program designed for seasoned lifters looking for a challenge. It will help you find your 1 rep max along with challenging you to finally push you to the next level. You will end the 6 weeks craving more and feeling the strongest ever. Everyday, you'll start with a heavy barbell lift. You'll perform either back squats, front squats, deadlifts, push-presses, or bench presses. Your form needs to be on point, so watch the exercise database how-to videos if you're unsure how to properly execute a lift. These are basic, core lifts that should be a part of every program. They're great whole-body strengtheners and athleticism builders, and they'll make you more aware of how your body moves as a unit. After your big lift, you'll perform conditioning circuits. You'll never do the same circuit twice, so each day will feel completely different, but they should all be fast, hard, and intense.
