About Ebel

We are coaches who have been working with athletes for the last decade through out the country. Every high school level athlete who has worked with us the majority of their 4 years has received a scholarship.

We are proud partners of Basalt High School and are grateful to provide programming for their "Zero Hour" and football programs. We are also partners of Roaring Fork Highschool, and are grateful to coach the Varsity Volleyball program.


We are dedicated to helping others and being the best coaches / mentors we can be. Our goal is to not only help people lose weight and achieve fitness goals, but also to create an environment / mentality within our team that strives for excellence in all areas of our lives.
