About Brandon

I played college baseball and swore I’d never run again.

Like most athletes, lifting was my identity. Running was just conditioning..something you survived, not something you trained for.

That mindset stuck with me even after graduating with my Bachelor’s in Exercise Science in 2022 and spending three years running a five-location supplement business, coaching and educating people every day.

Then I started seeing the same problem everywhere.

People were either:

Strong but constantly beat up when they ran

Or fast, but lifting in ways that wrecked their joints or stalled progress

Everyone talked about “hybrid training.”
Almost no one taught how to actually do it.

No one explained how to strength train while running efficiently — without chronic soreness, injuries, or guessing what lifts to keep, cut, or move around in the week.

That gap is why I started my own coaching business.

I went all-in on learning how strength should support running — not compete with it. I studied biomechanics, concurrent training research, and real-world programming, then pressure-tested it on myself and clients who were busy, competitive, and tired of feeling broken.

What I learned changed everything:

Strength training for runners isn’t about chasing fatigue or muscle soreness.
It’s about building force, control, and durability..one stride at a time.

Today, I coach runners and former athletes who want to stay strong, get faster, and train with purpose again — without feeling like they’re rolling the dice on their body.
