    Great for any fitness level, this plan offers top notch coaching and support as well as complete nutrition coaching (including ongoing macronutrient breakdown and meal suggestions). Package offers unlimited text messaging with me through app, alternative exercises and adjustments as necessary, and consistent support. Workouts provided will be catered to your schedule and preferred workout location/equipment available (gym/home or both). This plan includes a 45 minute in-person training session per week with Stephanie, as well as frequent check-ins on progress and adjust training/nutrition as necessary to ensure optimal results from your plan. Additional sessions available. Includes: - Unlimited in-app messaging with Stephanie - Weekly in-person training session (45 min) - Personalized training program with scheduled workouts and cardio - Instructional video for each exercise - Personalized nutrition education, support, & macro calculations and adjustments -Bio-metric scale utilization for progress *Bills monthly *Additional travel costs for clients outside of Palm Beach County

As a woman in my 40s, I know the conversation around fitness starts to shift — and it should. It’s not just about how we look in a swimsuit anymore. It’s about having energy, protecting our bones and hormones, and feeling strong and confident in our skin as we navigate busy careers, families, and changing bodies.

I help women 40 and over ditch the extremes — no more restrictive diets or punishing workouts. My approach combines realistic strength training, practical nutrition, and mindset coaching tailored specifically to your season of life.

With years of experience as a personal trainer, mom of three, and lifelong wellness advocate, I get how real life works — and how to create sustainable routines that actually fit into it. Whether your goal is to gain energy, tone up, manage stress, or just feel like you again, I’ll help you get there — with empathy, accountability, and a plan that meets you where you are.

You can train with me at home, outdoors, or on-site at a private 24-hour personal training gym in Lake Worth — wherever you feel most comfortable and focused.
