My job is to asses my clients' bodily strengths and weaknesses and create customized workout plans to help them achieve their goals. I will provide guidance and monitor my clients' progress on a regular basis. Why do I do what I do? I believe life is a paradox of being so simple but so hard at the same time. I also believe that everyone is just trying their best to navigate through the pleasures and discomforts of life. If I can assist someone navigate through their discomfort (within the scope of my practice) and help them find happiness, or even contentment, I feel like I've validated my own experience as a human.
