Coach Sando has over 15 years of training experience with fitness enthusiast, professional and collegiate athletes. During his college coaching career, he's worked for UCLA, University of the Pacific, Sacramento State, University of Colorado, and for the University of Kentucky. He uses some of the latest technology to optimize his clients performance in and out of the weight room. His philosophy when working with clients is to address five main factors that contribute to "High Performance" which include: Training, Nutrition, Recovery, Mental Health, and Lifestyle.
