This one-on-one coaching plan begins with a 30-minute onboarding call to discuss your goals, concerns, and preferences. Following the call you will be asked to download the Trainerize app and setup your free account. The app will house your prescribed macro split, workouts, program tracking, progress stats, and a private community forum where we can discuss general health related topics and share recipes. We will have mandatory weekly check-ins when we will discuss your progress, hurdles/successes, and make adjustments to your program. I will also be available to you via 2-way messaging inside the app to answer questions and celebrate daily accomplishments with you. ***Once your initial 12-week program is complete, you can continue progressing towards your goals by purchasing the discounted month to month coaching plan.

Each session will be 60 minutes. Packages are structured around training once, twice, or three times per week, however you are free to use your sessions however you'd like.
